TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL TERMS
A buyer is any physical or legal person that makes an order for a product and purchases it from ZASU webshop (referred to as ZASU later on) in property of Divine idea d.o.o., 46 Črnomerec, HR-10000 Zagreb.
The buyer is any physical or legal person who makes the purchase through ZASU. A recipient is the person whom the product is delivered to; the recipient and the buyer do not have to be a same person.
2. BUYER’S LIABILITY
The buyer can be any physical and / or work capable legal person over the age of 18. By accepting the terms of purchase the buyer is responsible to give the true information while purchasing from ZASU.
All prices listed on ZASU web shop are in Euros (€). The prices are tax free, according to article 22, paragraph 1, Law on taxes. If you are buying from Croatia then prices are in Kuna (Kn).
All products are ordered from webshop www.zasu.biz or by sending an enquiry at email@example.com, or via our Soical Media (Facebook or Instagram). A buyer can order and purchase a product as a registered and / or unregistered ZASU webpage user.
Products can be paid with a Paypal.
In case you have ordered our product, but you haven’t paid for it during following four days, we will consider that you have quit the purchase.
* Note: in case you are no able to pay within four days you can email or call us, so we can keep the product you want until you can pay for it.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation includes order details, price and the billing address.
6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
You can find information about product availability next to each product. In case you like a product that is not available at the moment, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make every effort to let you know when the product becomes available for purchase. If it is not possible to deliver an ordered product, we will email you in order to find a solution – deliver another product or cancel the order.
For any shipping in Europe you will receive your order within 3-7 business days once it has been dispatched. This does not mean you will receive your order within 3-7 business days from the day you placed the order. Once your payment has been authorized and verified it can still take up to 4 days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the shipment. Please note the timeframe of 3-7 business days is given as a guide only and may be subject to change due to customs delays and unexpected post events. All shipping outside Europe needs 7 – 21 days to arrive.
We ship our products to every country, without exceptions.

Standard shipping by Croatian Postal Service is completely free. There is no minimum or maximum order level to get free shipping, because it is always free.
Other ways of shipping:
When you choose the other way of shipping while ordering your product, you will see the shipping costs before the order confirmation.
8. PRODUCT INFORMATION
You can find photos and information about each product on ZASU web shop. Photos can slightly differ from the real product because of the colour differences. ZASU jewellery is made of natural semi-precious stones and completely natural rudraksha beads, so it is possible that the product you buy is not exactly the same as on the photo. It happens because it is not possible to find identical pieces in nature, but the quality of the product is the same.
You can also find information on product’s materials, size and maintenance and cleaning.
9.PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
All purchases from ZASU can be returned within a 4 days period, starting the day of receiving the order.
All items returned within the 4-days period must be in the same condition in which they were received. In case the buyer wishes to return the product, he or she is allowed to unpack the product and only use it to determine whether he/she wants to keep the product. The returned products will be carefully examined, as they must be unworn and in their original packaging, containing all accessories of the packaging.
In case the product is received broken or damaged, the buyer is obliged to inform us immediately and we will send further instruction of how to proceed.
Please note, that if a buyer wishes to return the order, the shipping costs are his/her responsibility. We recommend that the buyer chooses a secured shipment method, as the return shipment is at his/her risk. When we recived returned produtct we will make money refund.
10. COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS
We occasionally give coupons for discounts to our loyal buyers, fans on social networks and ZASU newsletter registered users. Coupon is usually one or more words that you have to fill in the coupon field while making an order. When you do it, you will automatically get a discount price. Coupons have an expiry date and limited number of use; you will be informed about it when you get the coupon.
You can find information on discounts for certain products on our web page. Next to each product that is on discount, you will see discount amount and the discount price. If you want to get information on our discounts, register for our newsletter.
ZASU has the copyright on the entire content of www.zasu.bizweb page. It is forbidden to reproduce, distribute or use documents, data and information in any other commercial purpose without ZASU’s permission.
ZASU can change product prices without previous annunciation. Submitted orders keep the same price it had at the time the order was confirmed.

ZASU is not responsible for possible damage made by using this web page or information given on it.
